Job Descriptions
- Manage and maintain relationships with the company’s key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Enter customer order data into the system for the carrier to pick up the parcel. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to introduce new products or services to key clients. - Analyze key account performance and provide regular reports, proposing improvements for better service delivery. - Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining continuous communication and support for clients. - Create a contract for the transportation service under the conditions agreed upon with the customer.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in key account management or a related role
  3. **Good command in English**
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, patricularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
  5. Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. 6 Days working condition, Monday-Friday 9.00-18.00 (Saturday WFH)
