Job Descriptions
1.Matching and Confrim SOA(AP&AR)
2.Complete month-end closing AP- Account within the timeline given.
3.Correct, accurate and timely invoice verification for all invoices & payment.
4.Prepare Application for payment ,Settlement Paymennt & Receipt -Oversea
5.Reconcile Bank Statement, ADJ. Foreign trade AR/AP Bank According to BOT exchange rate
6.Track outstanding balances for all suppliers. Efficiently support payment documentation with the correct approval level in the invoice review process.
7.Zero complaints from customers - internal & external. Initiative & recommendation for improvement on Payment Processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Have experience in Accounting AR or AP 3-10 years.
- Good command in English.
- Can use Microsoft office
