Job Descriptions
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Bank Reconciliation and Cash Flow analysis
-Month End closing, Year End closing (GL, TB, P&L) and support Financial Auditor.
-Prepare Tax Plan for monthly report and TAX submission process (PND 3,53,30,36 )
-Prepare monthly reports such as Inventory, Fix Asset registration, Supplier Payment Requisition.
-Contact all government unit as a revenue department, DBD to ensure that business will running smoothly.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in accounting.
- Experience in accounting manufacture at least 5 years.
- Experience with ERP for AR/AP and inventory is advantage.
- Write / read English, is plus.
- Experience in Excel Skills, MS word, PowerPoint, etc
- Able to handle multi-tasks and independent in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Detail-minded, proactive and Self-motivate.
