Job Descriptions
1.To study process design and support new machine installation 2.To support new machine setup,trial and evaluate by process capability(Cpk) 3.To support new sample making for new model/ Improvement case. 4.New Model,Process changing point control, Process improvement and defect analysis follow QCDS 5.Process control document preparation (FMEA, PCS, Process Flow Diagram, Control plan and Project presentation summary report) 6.Process design and line lay-out preparation by cooperate TIE 7.Report project and improvement output to Management 8.Development new innovation for cost reduction 9.Advise for Engineer
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree of ENgineering (Mechanical / Industrial/Automation/Electrical Engineer) or relate
  2. 5 Year up experience in Process Engineer in Automotive Manufacturing
  3. Good communication with relate department
  4. Leadership and good command in English.
  5. Male not over 36 years old
  6. Have knowledge and experience about new model product ,PCR,ECN
  7. Fundamentals of knowledge for IATF16949 and ISO 14001
  8. Able to read or familliar in Mechanical / Electrical or diagram
  9. Can work Overtime
