Job Descriptions
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and customer service activities, ensuring seamless product delivery and return processes, and addressing customer inquiries with prompt, professional service. This position involves cross-functional coordination and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide support for daily logistics and customer service operations. Handle customer inquiries regarding product delivery and returns via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely responses. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, focusing on delivering satisfactory outcomes. Gather and assess relevant information to address product and service-related inquiries. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Gender: Open to all genders.
  2. Age: 25-30 years.
  3. Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or a related field.
  4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  5. Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  7. Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Excellent customer service orientation.
  10. Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
  11. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  12. Additional Requirements: Flexibility for potential job rotations and willingness to work night shifts if required.
