Executive Support:
-Manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
-Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
-Screen and prioritize requests.
Document and Communication Management:
-Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence in clear, professional Thai and English.
-Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring all documents are accessible and up to date.
-Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
-Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
-Assist with preparing presentations and materials for meetings.
-Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely distribution to all stakeholders.
Travel Coordination:
-Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
-Manage travel-related expenses and report on them as required.
Office and Administrative Management:
-Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including office supplies management, mail handling, and maintaining office equipment.
-Assist in special projects and other duties as needed.
-Manage international purchase orders and coordinate with both domestic and international logistics to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
