- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws. - Maintain updated HR policies and procedures. - Manage payroll, bonuses, health insurance, and other employee benefits and ensure timely payments. - Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed. - Previous experience in restaurants and hotels will be favorable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in other HR roles, preferably in retail, jewelry, or related industries.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
