Job Descriptions
•Develop, implement, and manage all post sales operations of both domestic and international to support sale team to achieve sales target and expand customer base. •Coordinate will all related parties, both internal and external, in handling post-sale activities services to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. •Consolidate and improve demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market insights and customer input from the sales team. •Facilitate the S&OP process by representing the sales team to coordinate other departments. •Collaborate closely with Supply Planning to balance production schedules, inventory policies and replenishment strategies with demand forecasts. •Foster a flexible, transparent planning framework that supports data-driven decision-making. •Manage and create effective sales reports with date analysis.
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  3. 8+ years of experience in post-sale management and operation
  4. 5+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, ideally within a similar industry.
  5. Proven experience in team management with strong leadership skills.
  6. Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  7. Familiar with import and export term, regulation and documents.
  8. Ability to analyze/summarize data and prepare executive reports.
