Job Summary: The PCB FAE Manager will lead a team of Field Application Engineers, providing technical support and expertise to our customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team, customers, and R&D to ensure our PCB solutions meet customer requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB design and manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers. • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on PCB design, manufacturing, and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions. • Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams. • Work closely with R&D to ensure product development aligns with customer requirements. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PCB technology. • Assist in the development of technical documentation and application notes. • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.

Qualifications

Male or Female
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in PCB design, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support or application engineering role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
