Job Descriptions

Position Overview: Geoclima Asia, a subsidiary of a multinational group, seeks an experienced Accountant/Controller to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with IFRS reporting standards. The role requires financial control expertise, intercompany reconciliation skills, and experience in consolidated accounts and reporting to both the parent company and the multinational owner. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll). •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with IFRS and Thai GAAP. •Reconcile accounts, including intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. •Prepare and submit consolidated financial reports to the parent company and multinational owner. •Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. •Ensure timely reporting to the parent company and compliance with group standards. •Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and intercompany settlements. •Assist in internal and external audits and ensure tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax). •Strengthen internal controls and align processes with corporate policies. Preferred Qualifications: •CPA or equivalent certification. •Previous experience in a publicly traded company. •Familiarity with group-level reporting tools and consolidation processes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting/controlling, preferably in a publicly traded or multinational company.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Thai GAAP, and tax regulations.
Proven experience with reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidated accounts.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
