• Plan people development program to enhance employee’s skill and abilities to consistently perform their job at a high level of compliance and performance
• Analyzing and creating countermeasures to improve staff engagement.
•Preparing training programs and surveying employee training needs
• Preparing the necessary material and/or arranging the needed resources.
• Regularly review, update and training procedures and programs to ensure up to date, compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Summarizing training evaluation report, submit to HR Manager for consideration and improvement.
• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of on boarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers
General Affairs
• Manage & oversee all general affairs job in the factory (Canteen service, Company commuting bus, Pool Car, Janitors etc.)
• Manage company outsources in order to meet the company requirement in GA job.
• Promotion of QCC and CSR activities
• Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for visitor as needed.
• Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
• Create PR and Concur from requester via QAD, follow up and tracking.
• Prepare all data to support payroll. Responsible for time attendance, overtime report according to work instruction.
• Visa & Work permit
• Other tasks assigned by management
Employee Welfare & Benefits
• Annually administer and control Health & Life Insurance and employee benefit coverage and check-up of new employees..
• Prepare benefits claim to employee such as Child Birth, Marriage and Condolences.
• Coordinate and distribute annual uniform to employees and new comer’s uniform.
• Administer invoices and payments with monthly submit documents.
