Job Descriptions
The E-Commerce Fulfilment Officer act as a member of Fulfilment E-Commerce team which will perform a variety of job duties in support of our E-commerce business. This position will ensure all Ecommerce orders are accurate packed and delivery to customers with the good condition and commit lead time. They need to maximize fulfilment performance whilst providing the best customer experience at all stages of the customer journey in fulfilment side and interact directly with CS, W/H team and any internal and external parties to answer questions and resolve issues relate to fulfilment ecommerce.
Job Description:
• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure all E-Commerce orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately and in timely manner
• Supervise and coordinate with fulfilment packing staff to deliver the good performance with reasonable cost for day to day transaction activities
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage all issues related to order fulfilment
• Work with warehouse and CS to monitor inventory level and ensure that inventory in e-commerce channel is healthy
• Provide overflow assistance in case huge volume of orders/promotion period
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results or additional tasks as needed in order fulfilment
• Monitor and understand measurement of KPI’s for lead time packing, shipping time, back orders to track progress towards operation goals for e-commerce fulfilment and work on initiatives to improve KPI’s
• Oversee and process all claim, cancelled, return and exchanges orders
• Collecting order information, update shipping status on each channel (website & market place) and analyzed to report to ECM fulfilment manager
• Work with Logistic company in control
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Thai national aged 23 years old and above
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or any related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in fulfilment e-commerce, warehouse operation or work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled Detail
- Ability to anticipate operation problems and create solutions for them (problem solving skill)
- Comfortable with using technology, like e-commerce, warehouse management system, transport management system – SAP
- Data Entry skills and report
- Ability to response high volume of orders
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP is a plus
- Digital and E-commerce experience are benefit
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate sound decision making abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, enthusiastic, people-oriented
