Job Descriptions

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels • Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations •Coordinate and manage communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. •Coordinate local initiatives with regional and global marketing and communication teams for consistent strategies. •Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication strategies. •Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement. •Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities. •Maintain and update the local website and social media profiles. Academy Business Development duties: · Conduct learning needs assessments to identify learning requirements specific to Thailand · Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with global and local business objectives and create a culture of continuous development. · Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs and initiatives. · Work closely with business development/expert teams to identify new opportunities for learning and development that align with regional goals. · Maintain accurate training records for both regional and local reporting

Qualifications

bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Education, Business, Communications or related field.
Minimum of 3 years working in a learning and development environment and or communications role.
Preferred knowledge of adult learning principles and theories, instructional design, and learning methodologies
Strong project management and organisational skills
Proficiency in English
Experience in working with diverse cultures.
