Job Descriptions
ช่างซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์เครื่องฉีดพลาสติก 1.เตรียมแม่พิมพ์สำหรับการผลิตล่วงหน้าตามกำหนดการผลิต 2.ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ 3.รวบรวมปัญหาเชื้อราและดำเนินการปรับปรุง 4.รายงานสภาพเชื้อราที่ผิดปกติ 5.ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการทำงาน 6S และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย 6.บำรุงรักษาคลังสินค้าอะไหล่แม่พิมพ์ และรายงานปัญหาอะไหล่ที่ผิดปกติใดๆ 7.ดูแลซ่อมแซม ติดฉลาก และบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ทั้งหมดในแผนก 8.จัดทำบันทึกเอกสารและรายงานความคลาดเคลื่อนใดๆ ด้วยภาพวาด
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 20-45 ปี
  2. การศึกษาระดับอาชีวศึกษาขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตหรือซ่อมแม่พิมพ์ฉีดตัวเชื่อมต่อความแม่นยำอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. เชี่ยวชาญซอฟต์แวร์ PRO/E, SOLIDWORKS และ CAD สำหรับการตรวจสอบรูปวาดและข้อมูล
  5. ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงปัญหาด้วยตนเอง ความเข้าใจในการทำงานของเครื่องจักรฉีดพลาสติกขั้นพื้นฐาน
  6. ใส่ใจในรายละเอียดต่างๆ
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบ
  8. มีจรรยาบรรณในการทำงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและสื่อสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  10. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
