Job Descriptions
- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize productivity. - Identify and resolve process abnormalities using 4M, PDCA, KAIZEN, and TPM methodologies. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency and cost reduction. - Manage process changes during mass production to ensure product quality and stability. - Prepare reports on process analysis, improvements, and corrective actions for management. - Responsible for related tasks and other related duties.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Textile Engineering (or related field)
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with at least 3 years as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and designing using SolidWorks / AutoCAD
  4. Knowledge of PPAP, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  5. Good command of both written and spoken English.
  6. Proficiency in computer applications.
  7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  8. Highly motivated and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail.
