Geodis Overseas was the freight forwarding arm of the Geodis Group, whose roots go back to Calberson in 1904. It was officially founded in 1995 as a spin-off from the French national railways non-rail goods transport operations. Together with other Geodis divisions, Geodis Overseas coordinated all or part of the logistics chain, providing customers with solutions tailored to optimizing their physical and information flows. In 2007, Geodis Overseas merged with Wilson Logistics to form Geodis Wilson.
GEODIS Wilson Thai Ltd. was established in Thailand since 1978.
