Skills
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, negotiating deals, and presenting properties.
• Sales Skills: A strong ability to sell and persuade is crucial, including understanding customer needs, presenting properties effectively, and closing deals.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is key to building and maintaining client relationships.
• Networking: Building a network of contacts within the real estate industry and community is valuable for finding new clients and staying informed about market trends.
Experience
• Real Estate Experience: candidates with prior experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Sales or Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales or customer service can be advantageous, even if it’s outside real estate.
Personal Qualities
• Motivation and Self-Discipline: Real estate sales can be highly competitive and require a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
