After all, who would have ever thought that the humble water chestnuts that we knew as kids could become tasty, healthy snacks? We’ve enjoyed rice and wild honey and untold varieties of fiery chili paste from local communities; products which aren’t available in our shops and supermarkets. We aim to provide a culinary hub where food lovers can access the products that we have selected, promoted and developed from local communities and we are committed to converting the culinary know-how of these communities into delicious, nutritious, well-packaged and quality assured products for the whole of Thailand to taste’
