รายละเอียดงาน1. Oversee the operations functions of the camp, as per the Organizational chart.
2. Oversee accommodation both in Camp and other.
3. Hold regular briefings and meetings with the Employer.
4. Ensure full compliance to camp operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.
5. Handling customer complaints and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the camp and management.
7. Coordination with other staff, where needed, for the execution of all activities and functions.
