2.Communicate with the team to consolidate the customer's feedback regarding the root cause and carry out the corrective action.
3.Developing and implementing the quality control systems
4.QA Improvement Activity
5.Comply quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities.
6.Preparing monthly summaries of quality issues for the Technical Support Manager for presentation to the senior management team
7.Investigate and record customer complaints regarding product performance, specifications, and reliability.
8.Refine and develop the existing product warranty and return policy for finished goods.
9.Handle analysis customer / internal complaint with CARs / PARs & claim problem analysis and counter measure report.
10.MSA and Tooling/Equipment calibration
11. Any assignment from Management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male /Female, age 32-42
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer
- experience 5 Years in QA process
- Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
- Knowledge in 8D Report , NCR, NC 5Why
- Have Certificate ISO9001/ IATF16949
