Job Description:
-Manage and forecast sales figures for distributors, partners, and direct business.
-Create demand through marketing activities and increase sales volume with a focus on gross margin.
-Drive sales growth through proactive engagement with partners and customers.
-Develop long-term customer relationships and execute a customer-based business strategy.
-Provide weekly and monthly reports on channel activities and support team operations.
-Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Male or Female, Age 27-38.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
-3-5 years of experience in Distributor Channel Management & Direct Sales.
-Must have knowledge of LV Inverter, Servo Motor, PLC, HMI, and Factory Automation Market.
-Experience selling electrical equipment for industrial factories or machinery (not small parts).
-Good command of English (written & spoken) – must communicate with international clients and the parent company in Japan.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Able to travel upcountry and abroad for business trips.
-Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits:
Additional Allowances:
-Vehicle depreciation & fuel reimbursement (7 THB/km).
-Travel allowance (300 THB/day for trips exceeding 150 km).
-Overtime pay.
-Bonus: Twice a year (Performance-based in June & Guaranteed 1 Month in December).

Office & Field Work: Must follow a scheduled office attendance plan when not visiting customers. Reports to a Thai manager.
