รายละเอียดงาน
- Focus on plant-wide lean and continuous improvement projects, including process improvement
- To assist in the development of a Lean Strategy to be implemented plant-wide
- Support and facilitate ongoing growth and cost reduction by conducting Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping Events and Lean training as needed.
- Coaching and training employees in lean methodologies.
- Coordinate technical knowledge, related Work Integrated Learning training, including curriculum presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment.
- Develop and efficient training system to manage processes and improve training course.
- Supporting development and implementation of the lean roadmap.
- Work on rapid response certification program to ensure consistency across requirement.
- Responsible for defining technical requirements, process flow diagrams and test strategies of the solutions required for production projects.
- Responsible to lead the company initiative to move towards lean production environment.
- Acts as a central resource for lean manufacturing and assists with day-to-day production support and improvements.
- Responsible to manage all activities for a lean production philosophy, productivity and safety product/ management skills is needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 30-40 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years with proven experience utilizing Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Initiatives in production is preferred.
- Understanding of sheet metal manufacturing and Technology 4.0 preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high levels of collaboration with cross-functional teams at every level.
- Ability to create, read, and explain value stream maps of complex processes.
- In-depth knowledge and experience practicing Lean (waste elimination, continuous improvement tools, VSM, ECRS, DMAIC, DFSS etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to any situation's needs.
- Ability to teach or coach a group in a way that clearly communicates Lean practices and use of tools.
- Process engineering and/or industrial engineering background preferred.
- Understanding of true waste and root cause analysis.
- Exceptional ability in communication, customer service, time management and teamwork.
