- Control quality process system
- Production solving and quality focus
- System improvement and working method to increase efficiency for quality system
- To coordinate with customers to solve customer complain and claims.
- Controlling and monitoring manpower and performance.
- Establish quality yearly plan following business company objective
- Establish KPI & Monitor by monthly.
- Organize and manage QC and QA team to achieve KPI target and company policies
- Customer claim analysis & countermeasure report.(8D report)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female
- Age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Faculty of Industrial Technology, Rubber & Polymer, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical.
- At least 8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and 3 years in management level.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation skill, well under pressure, active and hard working.
- Have an experience in QMR, systematic thinking, good knowledge background in ISO/IATF16949, QC 7 Tools, KPI, TPS, and other quality tools
- Good command of spoken and written in English
