Provide troubleshooting, assist users related to Business Applications
Resolve inquiries and issues from user in a timely manner; communicate resolution effectively
Monitoring and Handle Incident Ticket operation
Evaluate issues and escalate to senior team member or department member if additional expertise or assistance is needed
Collaborate work with other teams, departments and divisions with issues pertaining to applicable Business applications
Demonstrate a basic understanding of MSSQL database and able to query data
Summarize and Reporting incident or issues following the schedule time
Conduct User Training session
Develop User Guide documents, FAQ, and related documentation.
