2. Make appointments to visit clients and to hearing job orders by cold calling potential 3. clients and keeping in touch with existing clients.
4. Acquire job vacancies from clients by executing sales strategy and marketing activities, then write job description and share them internally and with candidates (job seekers).
5. Keep strong relationships with all clients to catch the latest business situation of them
6. Maintain good relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s service.
7. Share client information and job information with Career Consultant team and collaborate with them to provide suitable candidates’ CVs to clients according to their job requirements.
8. Offer advice to both clients and candidates on hiring-related matters.
