- Windows Server, Active Directory, System Administration, Servers, VMware, Hyper V, Network Administration
- Monitoring systems operations and make recommendations as needed
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Install/remove polyplex standard programs
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Service all Printers
- Service All VOIP Phones
- Renew all IT device contracts
- Purchase all IT devices
- Service all Video Conference devices
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Any other task assign by supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Support.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of OS windows 7, 10 & MS office 2007, 2010 , MS Outlook .
- Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of payment terms, INCO, and international trade regulations.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with strong team player.
