Responsible in Dynatrace Operation and Support onboarding of Dynatrace. Tasks include, - Grant authorization of users - Request Change - Install Dynatrace agent and config - Manage Patching and ensure patches are up to date - Generate report - Config Dynatrace setting - Customize Dashboard - Support infra change (e.g. dt server maintenance, network maintenance impact to dt server) - manage dt monitoring inventory , dt server/agent healthcheck

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
Have at least 1 year experience as System Admin or DevSecOps or Developer in any area
Understand basic concept of VM, container, cloud
Have knowledge of monitoring tools
Have experience in any observability tools is benefit
(Best to have experience in Dynatrace, others tools i.e. ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, Datadog are also good)
Understand change process
