Responsible for the IMPORT & EXPORT section and coordinating with SHIPPING, SALE and others. Familiar with import and export processes; as well as BOI and Non-BOI policies • Good computer skills such as Excel and Powerpoint. • Have good human relations. Have negotiation and analytical skills. • Self-initiation and self-motivation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Female, age 25-40 years
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Management. or related fields.
  3. Have knowledge, ability and expertise regarding the BOI system.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in a production environment. Especially in the automotive parts industry.
  5. Ensure materials import and FGs export declaration compliance with government regulations.
  6. Co-ordinate with relevant parties (e.g. Shipping Agents, Warehouse, Accounting and Regulatory Affairs) to complete inbound and outbound shipments.
  7. Develop new sources and localize direct and indirect materials in Thailand.
  8. Develop and implement purchasing procedures and process improvement to maintain buying effectiveness.
  9. Monitor and organize warehouse inventory level, stock movement and related accounting record.
  10. Have good communication and problem-solving skills.
  11. Able to set and work under KPIs very well.
  12. Can drive a car and have a driver's license.
  13. Has good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure.
  14. Be responsible in your duties, diligent, honest, punctual, manage your team and be a leader well.
  15. Use Office programs and packaged programs well.
  16. Have skills in speaking, writing and reading English.
