คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
Experience more than 3-5 years in IT Project Management, preferably in Life Insurance.
Familiarity with methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
Familiarity with development monitoring and modeling tools.
