Acknowledges customers/supplier by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Handling sales paperworks such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Sales Report
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Handle for import-export documents and, the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Interpret Thai-Japanese during meeting for both in office and on site
Any task as assigned.
5. Preparing documents for courier shipment
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Japanese for reporting and communicating fluently (N3 or N2)
- English: internal communication level
- able to work under pressure
- Can use PC fluently ( Window Office, PowerPoint)
- At least 2 years working experience in coordinator or sales support.
- Female, Age not over 28 year old.
