Tier-1 Security Analyst (24*7)
Job Description
- Work as a shift following the shift roster.
- Performs daily real-time monitoring of security alerts generated by SIEM tools.
- Perform analyses, investigate and assesses security alerts generated from system.
- Research security enhancements and make recommendations report.
- Provide the information about treats, incidents and collaborating with respective team.
- Provide security advice, troubleshoot and prevention as required.
- Validate, classify, and escalate case to Tier-2 as needed.
Tier-2 Security Analyst (24*7)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
- Experience in IT security or related field.
- Hand on experience with QRadar, Splunk or SIEM solution.
- Experience with log management or security information management tools.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Linux operation systems is required.
