รายละเอียดงานKey responsibility:
• Attend to new and existing customers. All in the Export sales to achieve export sales target and long-term growth direction.
• Analyze opportunities to enlarge company sales target and penetration in high potential countries.
• Proactive work on new business development include new channel/market expansion, new products or business opportunities management.
• Develop and grow strong relationships with major customers.
• Keep update and analysis on each market country, consumer behavior, and competitors and trends.
• Handle customer complaints and liaising with relevant team to make a professional proper reply.
• Summarize sales report and update market situation by monthly. • Work closely with key customers for inquiries, product specification, sample, price, shipment, other related complaints and technical issues.
• Work as a team with internal department and external organization to achieve the sales target.
• Work with QA and Purchasing department to ensure contents of packaging, labeling are comply with customer's country regulation.
