Job Summary:
- Supervises production operators and leaders to perform to achieve the planned target.
- Supervise subordinates to work compliance accordance to the quality systems.
- Responsible for improvement of product quality and yield.
- Review production performance to meet KPI targets. ( Such as OEE, MLTP, CTT, OLE, etc. )
- Solves routine problem.
- Take care of product quality and cost effectiveness.
- Oversees disciplines of the operator under charge and controls 6S of the production line.
- Co-ordinate with supporting functions for the achievement of production as planned.
- Participated for KAIZEN activities.
- Performs other activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to understand data needs and provide relevant and analyses.
- Stay updated on best practices in data analysis and reporting, implementing improvements where needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Science or related field
- 3-5 year experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have knowledge in SMT and Wave soldering
- Have experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools. (Excel, Power BI)
- Able to work in shift time and alternate Saturdays
- Able to work at Korat
