Conduct systematic remote surveillance via CCTV systems to identify operational anomalies, formulate corrective action plans, and drive closed-loop management through continuous tracking of remediation progress, with regular reporting on improvement effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.
- Ensure project objectives are met within deadlines and within budget constraints.
- Develop and follow detailed project timelines.
- Track progress and make adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate any delays or changes to stakeholders promptly.
- Ensure smooth communication between operational teams and leadership.
- Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during project implementation.
- Regularly track and analyze project performance against predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Be adaptable to work at different locations as required by the project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation dispatch is preferred
- Familiarity with express delivery industry operations and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle emergencies effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant systems or tools for dispatching and in-transit tracking
- Fluency in Thai or English
