- Resolving technical issues, maintain day-to-day IT operation run smoothly
- Updating / Maintaining computer hardware and software installations and improving IT systems
- Providing IT assistance to company employees
- Deliver solution to improve business process effectiveness as business need.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.- In technical supports, IT infrastructure, servers, domain, internet, hardware & software, backup, PABX (telephone system) and CCTV
- The liaison between the company and outside programmers and suppliers
- Take care of master data, information on the business system.
- Knowledge in operating and maintaining virtualization, window server, firewall and IT Infrastructure
- Good analytical skills, and problem solving skills (Software and Hardware)
- Support all system reports and IT report (monthly, quarterly, annual and required ad hoc reports generated from the system).
