Coordinate internal for prepare supplier’s readiness before GEMBA at supplier plant and participated.
Cost reduction progress report to Sales & Purchase Superior.
Updated & Download data and price input on internal system and customer systems.
Monitoring price on both systems.
Presentation & report, Monthly Sale discount & actual. CN/DN , Quotation, Price comparison. CR presentation. Sale Business plan (Price by Model). Weekly Sale report.
Free zone, Form D & FTA, Update part list, Weekly price checking. Monitoring requirement via customer systems.
Cooperate customer & supplier for the plant visiting.
Response to customer requirement, Survey, Submit document,
Maintain the good relationship customer satisfaction.
