2.Coordinate with co-owner, completed handover the unit.
3.Answer enquiries and coordinate for co-owner after completed handover the unit in defect issue.
4.Response complaint and enquiries for co-owner.
5.Coordinate and follow up with responsible person or department and report to co-owner.
6.Inform responsible person and co-owner, follow up and maintain up-to-date status of sub-contractor task.
7.Check, manage and maintain an up-to-date client key card.
8.Manage and prepare co-owner/tenant telephone request report for Building Manager.
9.Any other assigned works, if any.
