รายละเอียดงาน
1.Machinery & Infrastructure Upkeep: Oversee and ensure the proper maintenance of all machinery and building infrastructure within the recently opened 7,000m² plant.
2.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of six technicians, providing both technical guidance and disciplinary leadership to ensure high efficiency and quality in their work.
3.Maintenance Requests: Oversee and address maintenance requests from other departments promptly.
4.Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventative maintenance strategies and plans, ensuring they are continuously improved.
5.Inventory Management: Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts and consumable materials to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
6.Hands-On Involvement: Actively engage in hands-on maintenance tasks and problem-solving as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in written English
- Proficiency in automation control systems.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server
