รายละเอียดงาน
1. Process Analysis:
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Use process mapping techniques to document workflows.
2. Process Design:
Design new processes or modify existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop detailed process documentation and guidelines.
3.Implementaton:
Implement process improvements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate new processes into existing systems.
4.Performance Monitoring:
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new processes.
Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Training and Support:
Provide training to staff on new processes and procedures.
Offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to new processes.
6.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align process improvements with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus.
7.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro) and process management software.
- BI Data Visualization Tools (Tableau , Power BI , Looker , Qlik sense )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies is a plus.
