Working Location: Mahachai, Samut Sakhon Working Day: Mon - Sat Working Hour: 8.00 - 17.00 Main responsibilities: - Execute technical requirements for product deployment activities in support of the Alternative Protein and Plant-Based Business Unit, including New Products, New Processes, Innovation, 5S/Saving initiatives, and Supply Chain Support. - Lead handover activities to ensure a seamless transition from lab/pilot scale to production scale. - Oversee the first production activities of new products and/or improvements by coordinating with planning, QA, QC, production, and related teams in the factory to ensure the first production run is completed as planned and that products consistently meet CVS, target KQA, approved samples, product safety, and legal requirements. - Ensure that data from the first production run are collected and analyzed using statistical methods and summarized in first production run reports. - Assess the quality of the first production run with QA and factory team members to ensure products meet standard specifications. - Conduct technical post-launch reviews by monitoring and evaluating product quality during the first 1-3 months after the first production, coordinating with customer service to summarize customer complaint data, and making necessary adjustments and improvements to maintain quality and meet customer expectations. - Conduct trial runs in pilot and/or industrial plants with the product development team. - Maintain the documentation system, formulation, and validation program of existing products, ensuring they are updated, and serve as the R&D representative during audits for GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, ISO, FSSC, etc. - Provide on-site technical support, recommendations, and solutions, and act as the R&D representative based on assigned product formats. - Contribute to cross-departmental activities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Science, Technology, Food Engineering, or related technical fields.
Experienced in food manufacturing with a minimum of 3-5 years in Product Development, Deployment, R&D, manufacturing, and/or technical product management, with a basic understanding of Food Science and Technology within a Consumer Product Goods company.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work with large team networks from cross-functional teams.
Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of statistical analysis.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to work at the Mahachai factory in Samut Sakhon province.
Ability to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
Experience in sausage, meat technology, coatings, or extrusion is a plus.
