รายละเอียดงาน
Quality process control, driving internal team members to achieve continuous quality improvements and efficiency.
Driving internal team members to meet the requirements of customer requirements.
1. Create Quality Control Plan and update the control plan required.
2. Conduct routine control plan audit to ensure the manufacturing process is complied with the defined processes.
3. Create inspection and test standard for MQA and train MQA on the requirements defined in the test standards.
4. Review the change process as part of the PCN or SPN miniated internally or by customer to ensure no adverse impact to quality.
5. Lead the CFT to conduct FMEA review per schedule and drive the Engineering department to updates the FMEA accordingly.
6. Drive internal CFT for closures of DN, ICAR and CCAR.
7. Drive internal team members on yield improvements for top defect items.
8. Drive internal team members on CIP and EP projects submissions in accordance with respective Bus QBR score requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics
- Have an experience in Engineering functions at least 2 years.
- Experienced in Mechanical part, Packaging part, and Electronics part.
- Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Knowledge of industry and quality standards (ISO, SPC, FMEA, IPC, 8D Report and etc.)
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to travel to work by yourself.
- Able to work 6 days/week. (Mon-Sat)
