(to support The Core Hospital Systems)
The Application Support will provide technical support for existing software / applications and new software / applications to all users.
(We provide On-the-job training for using the applications.)
Role & Responsibilities
This positions are Business Analyst role 20% and Application Support role 80% to support The Core Hospital System.
- Maintain the core hospital software application to ensure the service quality.
- Analyze and improve process to complete the operational issues.
- Monitor and provide the routine troubleshooting as the daily basis.
- Participate and implement project as the core team for hospitals.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends such as : provide medical data, dispensing medication, accurate reports of billing data, receipts or payment issues.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Able to manage and analyze the business requirement from hospitals and internal teams.
- Able to work with development team and hospital personal to gain the benefit to application improvement.
- Manage team and able to work in various environment with high pressure.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Experience working through the software implement, IT operation, IT service support or SQL Commands would be advantage.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in area of IT / Business Computer
- Strong Problem solving, Analytical skill, Service Mind, Technical and Consultative skills.
- Work Location: Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital.
