รายละเอียดงานRESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all sales activities related to selling project units represented by CBRE Thailand.
• Advise local and international clients on their property requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities.
• Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, and other documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the residential real estate market.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing project features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend property viewings and open houses to showcase available units to potential buyers.
• Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions, pricing, and new listings.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build professional relationships.
• Able to relocate to work at assigned locations.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- Experience as a property consultant, real estate agent, or in selling high-end luxury products or services.
- Good personality, well-mannered, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English and Thai.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
