รายละเอียดงาน• Analyze the issues reported by users and provide solutions
• Design, develop enhancements and functionality changes by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle to serve the business needs.
• Support production issues in daily basis
• Communicate with key users to provide application support and explain resolutions
• Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related fields
- Experience in developing, maintaining and debugging object oriented applications
- Experience in supporting application and close interaction with the business users and application teams
- Have knowledge in programming languages: JAVA, Java Server Pages, JavaScript and Spring boot (Tool eclipse/Struts framework)
- Have knowledge of LOS/LOAN/ATM/CDM/Deposit System Experience will be an advantage
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task due to high volume of cases received daily
- Ability to keep schedule, make tight deadlines, work timely and independently.
- Attention to detail - applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked
- Effective working independently or as a cooperative team member
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills in both verbal and written form
- Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
