Job Description
Fixed Boardband Network Improvement and Technical Support as following
1. To handle and maintain for Core Network, Access Network (OLT, DSLAM) and Fiber Optic Cable (PON, Splitter).
2. To handle and solve the problem from network fault and customer complaint (technical support).
3. To identify fault and troubleshoot immediately and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
4. To implement automation process and productivity as Artificial intelligence & Machine learning (AI/ML).
5. To support network & customer configuration.
6. To manage validation activities & events for an upcoming priority project in All nodes.
7. To handle and establish preventive maintenance plan and roll out improvement plan.
8. To support technical training and R&D roadmap.
9. To support software programming and application

: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering.
: Experience 0-3 years in Telecommunication or IT Network.
: Good in Computer software. (i.e. AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
: Able to work on shift.
