- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Generate sales leads and route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further development and closure.
- Understand Corporate customer needs and requirements. Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
- Support and assist in customer bidding and onboarding processes.
- Perform effective online/onsite demos to customer; explain product features.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms and conditions.
- Review and renew contract with client and supplier.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g., sales, finance, management, business partner) to address customers’ needs.
- Act as a supporter for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
