รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and oversee CNC production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal machine utilization.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Monitor and improve CNC machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to automotive industry standards, ISO, and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team, including CNC operators and technicians.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring budget efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production reports, KPIs, and process documentation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CNC machines and recommend solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย อายุ 35 - 46 ปีเท่านั้น
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC production management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming, machining techniques, and tooling.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process optimization.
- Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949) and other automotive manufacturing standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
