- Assist in preparing and reviewing import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Maintain records of Customs transactions and ensure proper documentation is submitted to Customs authorities.
3. Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth Customs clearance processes.
- Coordinate with Customs Brokerage team to resolve any issues related to shipments.
4. Problem Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Customs clearance, such as delays or missing documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to Senior level as needed.
