•Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

•Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
•Oversee the budget for the customer service section.
•Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis.
•Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase service efficiency and achieve business objectives.
•Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction.
•On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set.
