Major Accountabilities:
Responsible in Dynatrace Operation and Support onboarding of Dynatrace. Tasks include,
- Grant authorization of users
- Request Change
- Install Dynatrace agent and config
- Manage Patching and ensure patches are up to date
- Generate report
- Config Dynatrace setting
- Customize Dashboard
- Support infra change (e.g. dt server maintenance, network maintenance impact to dt server)
- manage dt monitoring inventory , dt server/agent healthcheck
Skill:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
- Have at least 1 year experience as System Admin or DevSecOps or Developer in any area
- Understand basic concept of VM, container, cloud
- Have knowledge of monitoring tools
- Have experience in any observability tools is benefit
(Best to have experience in Dynatrace, others tools i.e. ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger, Datadog are also good)
- Understand change process
Special Conditions / สภาพการทำงาน
- 8x5 working hour at BAY headquarter office, or work from home (Normally we work 2 days a week at office, but this can be changed regarding to business requirement)
